This Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the EVP – Chief Digital & Technology Officer (CDTO) within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. In this role you must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, prioritize, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while maintaining absolute professionalism and confidentiality. In addition to understanding your executive’s business -- and business needs -- inside and out, you’ll also need to develop deep knowledge of the leadership and workings of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products and of related departments across the Disney enterprise.

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to, screening and routing phone calls, managing calendars, processing invoices, scheduling meetings requiring significant coordination and follow up, and ensuring timely and effective communications
- Prepare expense reports in SAP and ensure they are submitted in a timely manner
- Prepare for meetings including setup for large presentations/video conferences with multiple sites
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of business travel, including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination, and remote support for when the executive is out of the office
- Interface directly with other senior executives, their support teams, and external organizations
- Proactively manage the leader’s schedule to build in travel and buffer time, align against key priorities, and flex as urgent issues arise
- Handle confidential, sensitive information
- Draft letters and emails on behalf of your leader
- Provide additional office support such as ordering supplies, processing purchase orders and approvals processes
- Mentor and train other support professionals
- Coordinate department off-sites and events as needed
- Assist with any special projects and other related duties as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 7 years supporting a Senior or Executive Vice President and/or equivalent top-level executive experience
- Fluent in collaboration and productivity tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to immerse yourself fully and learn all aspects of the business
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines and deliverables
- Thrives in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Confluence, Concur, VTC, Slack, Zoom, and working in both Windows and Apple environments
- Ability to flex your schedule as needed
- Very strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Displays a highly professional demeanor, maintains a positive outlook, and exhibits a solution-oriented approach
- High school diploma
- Associates degree or related certification
