Our legal team provides key support for TikTok’s innovative initiatives, state-of-the-art products, and integrated platforms servicing our global video market. We help our technology and business teams enable their vision by providing integrated legal guidance and support. The TikTok team is growing fast and is seeking highly experienced, bright, and capable legal professionals to join the team. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Global General Counsel.

The TikTok team is growing fast and is seeking highly experienced, bright, and capable legal professionals to join the team. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Global General Counsel.
Responsibilities
- Optimize time through effective calendar management and scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings such as staff and business planning and review meetings;
- Organizing and booking travel arrangements, including creating detailed travel itineraries, supporting travel and expense arrangements;
- Coordinate people and processes to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results;
- Help manage an external team of consultants and present to executives on project status;
- Maintain organization charts and internal email aliases, support travel and expense arrangements;
- Coordinate communication of new hires to legal operations for onboarding and prepare monthly newsletter;
- Schedule and coordinate special events and meetings as needed (company events, off-sites, engagements, business reviews, and all-hands meetings);
- Project planning and logistics coordination for learning and development activities, fire-side chats, and more;
- Support all ad-hoc day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Experience as an Executive Administrator, PMO, Paralegal or equivalent experience;
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
- Experience working in a corporate fast paced environment;
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks;
- Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail;
- Excel, PowerPoint, mail, and calendaring skills.
Preferred:
- Legal background or legal industry experience is preferable;
- Ability to take initiative and handle ambiguity to resolve tactical constraints.
