What You'll Do
- Provide executive administrative support, anticipating needs and managing complex calendars.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Build relationships with executives and their assistants across various teams in the organization.
- Navigate complex matrixed organizations and enhance organizational communications.
- Take on non-administrative ad-hoc projects such as preparing reports and presentations, generating insights and research for decision-making, and assisting with event planning.
- Project manage milestone reporting by collaborating closely with cross-functional partners for timely delivery.

- High proficiency in new technologies, programs, and applications.

- Strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related administrative role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects.
