Summary
Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support the VP of CEO Communications and the Director of CEO Communications in the Meta leadership team.
The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time and in-person.

Responsibilities
- Manage a complex schedule and logistical movements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Organize space planning, strategic offsite events, and team meetings.
- Build cross-functional relationships between departments.
- Partner closely with org lead admins.
- Communicate key org and company updates to admin partners.
- General office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Five years of relevant experience providing administrative support to one or more executives.
- Five years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of one or more executives.
- Five years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for one or more executives.
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects.
- Organizational skills.
- Experience with Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving strategic projects and events.
- Experience driving events, managing logistics, and fostering team collaboration.
- Prior experience supporting VPs at large scale tech company.
- Experience supporting a creative, design, or communications organization at large scale.
- Experience collaborating and partnering closely with other administrative professionals and key cross functional partners.
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all partnerships.
- Experience building and maintaining trust with leadership and partners.
- Experience in prioritizing multiple assignments quickly.
