Summary
Amazon Legal is seeking a self-driven, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Global Entertainment Legal – an organization within the Legal Department that provides legal support for Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Video, Amazon Music, Luna, Amazon Games, Audible, and Twitch.
A high degree of diplomacy, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as is the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and to deliver high-quality results. As the lead EA of the Global Entertainment Legal organization, this role also partners with the leadership team and their EAs to foster a process-driven, efficient, and inclusive environment.
You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action. You will understand leader and team priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements that build capacity for the leadership team.
This is a Culver City based role, and the ability to work in-office five days a week is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings.
- Seamless travel management including frequent domestic and international travel, as well as expense reporting.
- Manage team building activities.
- Partnering collaboratively with fellow Executive Assistants and Legal Professionals, locally and globally.
- Have fun, work hard, and make history.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience.
- Experience with executive level calendar management.
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to work with existing AI tools and willingness to experiment with new AI tools.
