Job Description
COMPANY: CPAN sister agency
TYPE: Full Time, onsite
RELOCATION: Local candidates preferred. No relocation package is offered.
LOCATION: Northern California (Silicon Valley): San Jose, Saratoga, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino, Santa Clara, and Sunnyvale
SALARY: $50+/hour DOE and a discretionary performance bonus annually
BENEFITS: 401k, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 5 paid Holidays, 10 days of PTO, Mileage reimbursement

Summary
Our sister agency in Los Angeles is currently seeking highly-qualified housekeepers and executive housekeepers in the Northern California area.
Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property
- Laundress skills: ironing, hand washing, and dry-clean management
- Changing beds and caring for linens
- Cleaning furniture using property techniques and products
- Kitchen duties: prep, table setting, assist chef, caring for china, cleaning, and polishing silverware
- Light exterior cleaning, windows, and patio furniture
- Packing and unpacking for the family trips
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be ethical and discreet
- Maintain a can-do attitude
- Take initiative and pride in work
- Team player and takes direction well
- Thorough understanding of using cleaning products on furnishings
- Experience working with and around fine art and antiques
- Excellent communication skills and have command of the English language
- Must be a self-starter and proactive
