Summary
Our sister agency in the Los Angeles area is seeking an elite executive assistant to work with a high-profile UHNWI. Local candidates are highly preferred.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a guaranteed transition to a permanent position. Must be Los Angeles locals for consideration.
The ideal candidate is a calm, grounded, non-reactive professional who brings a low-maintenance energy with high-level skills. You are warm, tactful, deeply discreet, and experienced in fast-paced, high-demand environments supporting UHNWI’s.
You know when to be fully present and when to operate invisibly behind the scenes. You handle last-minute requests and shifting priorities with grace, always maintaining professionalism, precision, and a service-first mindset.
You are available 24/7 for requests and are able to take last minute flights if your support is needed. You understand the nuances of working with a security team, a family office and private aircraft travel.
This is an incredible opportunity for a polished, career-minded EA seeking longevity with a job for the next 15-20 years, who thrives in dynamic, high-touch environments and is looking to support a principal with vision, and drive.
