Location: Menlo Park, CA, USA (Adjacent to Palo Alto in Silicon Valley)
Company: Meta (Facebook)
Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Up to $129,600 (Based on experience)​

About the Job

Meta is seeking an experienced Administrative Partner to support a number of executives on a rotational basis for the Centralized Executive Support team. The person in this role will need to be an adept problem-solver, detail oriented and organizationally skilled to manage nuanced calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • General office duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to one or more executives
  • 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • Experience balancing competing priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior or current experience supporting VPs at large scale tech company
  • Consistent track record of ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all partnerships
  • Experience driving events and fostering team environment
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, responsible, proactive, drives tasks to completion
  • Experience independently managing projects, multi-tasking, and changing direction quickly if needed
  • Experience building and maintaining trust with leadership and partners
  • Experience collaborating and partnering closely with other administrative professionals
  • Experience in a multi-staffed office environment
  • Project management experience
  • Experience building, managing and influencing cross-functional business stakeholder relationships
  • Experience managing logistics across multiple teams
  • BA/BS Degree
