About the role
Our client is looking for a traveling personal assistant with extensive experience working worldwide. The candidate will be gone very frequently, so the ideal traveling assistant is as follows:
- Experience traveling in North America, Asia, and Europe (especially)
- Packing and unpacking luggage
- Wardrobe management
- Travel concierge: Booking excursions, restaurants, etc.
- Calendar management (personal and professional)
- Strong with Microsoft Office
- Liaison with other team members
- Adept at juggling the particulars of international travel
This role requires thick skin, resilience, and a no-excuses attitude to get the job done, even with last-minute changes to the schedule. All candidates located in the USA and Europe are open to applying, but you MUST have an unrestricted passport and have a very strong command of the English language.
