TITLE: Executive Personal Assistant (FILLED)
LOCATIONS: London & Switzerland (the US and Asia as well)
INDUSTRY: Finance 
HOURS: Full time, 40+ (on call 24/7)
TRAVEL: Yes (very extensive travel) 
EDUCATION LEVEL: Degree strongly preferred 
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 5 years
PAY RANGE: Ultra-competitive. This role meets our company's definition of ultra-high-range salary)
RELOCATION: Yes, for the right candidate 
ACCOMMODATION: Provided 
LANGUAGE: Advanced English required (all nationalities welcome to apply)

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a very polished Executive Personal Assistant to travel globally with the client. Approximately half the time is spent in Europe (e.g., England, Switzerland) and the other half in Asia (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia) -- among other destinations as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be a right hand and confidante in all aspects A to Z
  • Correspondence with both personal and professional contacts (phone, email, social media, etc.)
  • Lifestyle management duties: dinner reservations, entertainment, etc. 
  • Calendar management: Personal and professional, domestic and international 
  • Personal shopping: Keeping properties stocked with food and amenities
  • Creation and maintenance of records for both home and office 
  • Ability to travel on a moment's notice and having contingency plans built in for unexpected changes 
  • Adept at booking private jets, yachts, and other modes of transportation 
  • Candidates should be very proactive and resilient to ever-changing schedules (having thick skin is essential) 
  • Skilled booking in the 5-star space: luxury resorts, hotels, villas and private rental homes (and making sure that service providers have properly stocked the personal preferences of the principal)
  • Make suggestions (when appropriate) about maximizing budget and minimizing costs (where applicable) 
  • Experience managing domestic staff preferred: (e.g., Chefs, housekeepers, and subordinate personal assistants)
  • Willingness to step up for light duties if the housekeeper or chef are not immediately available (not afraid to roll up one's sleeves and just "get it done")
  • Must be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
  • Adept at managing budgets, and highly skilled with Microsoft products and technology in general
  • Skilled at negotiations and management of vendors
  • Superb gatekeeper (Saying no with grace and having diplomacy is important)
  • Ability to network and help client to expand his influence is highly desired 
  • Candidate must be highly discreet (must sign a Non-disclosure Agreement)
  • Having a "can-do" attitude and being adaptable 100% of the time is an absolute must

Other Considerations 
  • Additional languages beyond English a plus but not essential
  • Candidates with visas already in place will take priority 
  • Candidates with long-term tenure with previous employers highly desirable 
  • Candidate must possess a strong understanding of and sensitivity to other cultures 
  • The ideal PA would be very comfortable in formal settings and have social grace 
  • Applicants that have extensive experience working or traveling throughout Europe and Asia a big plus 
  • A background check will be performed, and prior employment must be verifiable
