About the role
Our high-profile client is an icon in the entertainment industry. We are looking for a candidate who can work a three-month contract to do the following:
- November: Compile gift list and buy packing and wrapping materials
- December: Buy, mail, and deliver gifts throughout metropolitan Los Angeles
- January: Send thank you cards and return gifts
The candidate will work under an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who has worked for the client for many years. This role has the potential to move into a full-time, permanent PA position if the candidate who is currently on sick leave can't come back to work.
There is a dedicated gift-wrapping room in the estate (see the above example in Candy Spelling's former estate located in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles).
Any previous experience with event planning, luxury gifting, wardrobe management, or personal shopping is a big plus.
