Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Hong Kong (primary); Additional homes in London and Sydney
Relocation package: Yes, for the right candidate
Contract Length: Full-time/permanent

Salary: Salary: Ultra-competitive (based on experience and education) + health insurance
Education: BA required (master's degree preferred)

What we are looking for
- An unflappable assistant who is graceful under pressure
- A can-do attitude that meets demanding deadlines
- 5 to 7 years of experience working for a celebrity, CEO or high-profile family
- Familiarity with the private aviation world
- Experience leading multi-cultural, cross-functional teams
- The candidate must have long-term stability on the resume (no job hoppers)
- Demonstrated experience working in large, complex estates with domestic staff
- Please note that the client is a smoker and has pets
- Finally, because of the great demands of the job, candidates must not have attachments that would prevent them from working long hours during certain times of the year (keeping the same hours as the principal).
