JOB DESCRIPTION: An icon of industry in the Las Vegas area is currently seeking a world-class executive personal assistant. Candidate MUST have prior experience working with a celebrity or high-net-worth individual with a busy life.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work with a legend, and the assistant will have unfettered access to sensitive company secrets; therefore, a full background check, driving record review, and credit check will be required. A personality assessment and skills test are also required.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of at least 8 years of experience. We cannot consider any candidates with short-term stints on the resume. Verifiable references from former employers are required.

- Extensive travel experience worldwide (should be familiar with private aviation)
- Experience managing domestic staff, drivers, security personnel, vendors, etc.
- Black-belt expertise with PC/Mac and MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with celebrity handling and other types of VIPs an absolute must
- Prior experience in the management of exotic car fleets essential
