TITLE: Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant
LOCATION: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
HOURS: Full time (on call nights/weekends)
EDUCATION LEVEL: College degree required (Communications, Business or Hospitality preferred)
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 6+
PAY RANGE: $97,00 to $110,000 (based on experience) plus bonuses, benefits, etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION: An icon of industry in the Las Vegas area is currently seeking a world-class personal assistant. Candidate MUST have prior experience serving a celebrity, high net worth individual or C-level executive with a busy life.
This once in a lifetime opportunity will give the assistant an inside look at the inner-workings of a world-class company, and the assistant will have unfettered access to sensitive company secrets; therefore, a full background check, driving record review and credit check will be required. A personality test and skill test is also mandatory (as it is directly related to the needed skill-set for the job).
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of at least 6 years of experience, and at least 3 years at their current/past job (plus have very strong letters of recommendation from past employers).
Important skills needed include but are not limited to:
- Heavy calendar management (both personal and professional)
- Extensive travel experience worldwide
- Experience managing domestic staff, drivers, security personnel, bodyguards, etc.
- Black-belt expertise with PC and Mac, MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience with celebrity handling and other types of VIPs an absolute must
- Exotic car care and management essential
- Private jet management
