About the role
A high-profile tech executive in Silicon Valley is searching for an elite Personal Assistant to manage their very complex lives. This is a hybrid PA-House Manager role. The ideal candidate:
Candidates with knowledge of fine wines or interest in becoming a sommelier are desired. Our client is looking for an assistant with longevity on the resume, so candidates with short stints will not be considered.
- has experience working with high-profile families in tech
- is familiar with event management and fine dining
- has experience planning parties for discerning guests
- can manage a complex household and lead a team of domestic staff
- has the flexibility to travel with the VIP on occasion
- is familiar with Microsoft Office and can manage complex calendars
- has experience in private aviation and booking travel
