The candidate must have a great deal of stamina and be willing to be on call 24/7, seven days a week. Ideally, the assistant should have experience at award shows as well. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Celebrity Personal Assistant Network is currently seeking a personal assistant for a recording artist in the LA-Hollywood area. The PA should have at least three years of full-time experience working in the music industry, preferably with a singer. Duties and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
We can’t emphasize enough that the assistant must have very, very thick skin. You will constantly be under a great deal of pressure and the jobs is very long hours when traveling on tour. Don’t forget, this is the music business, so the personal assistant will need to keep up with the break-neck pace of those around them.
Absolute discretion is a must because the PA will be working side by side with the recording artist and their celebrity friends. You will be asked to sign an NDA: Non-disclosure agreement.

- Scheduling day-to-day activities and managing calendars
- Accompanying artist at recording sessions
- On call 24/7 (yes, nights and weekends too)
- Tactful gatekeeper and diplomat
- Must be discreet and confidential
- Liaison: agents, road managers, publicity reps, lawyers, stylists, etc.
- Knowledge of movie studio lots a big plus
- Experience with red carpet events and award shows a very big plus
- Must have a valid passport and ability to travel on a moment’s notice
