Executive personal assistant to ultra high net worth family in Chicago

EDUCATION LEVEL: Minimum BA degree
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 5 years minimum

Ultra high net worth family in the Chicago area is actively seeking a fabulous executive personal assistant and estate manager.  The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience working for a high-profile family or distinguished executive/CEO with a busy life.


This is a hybrid position of EA/PA duties.  The assistant will manage both personal and professional schedules that constantly change, as well as oversee a team of domestic staff. Here is a short list of essential skills needed for the role:

  • Experience managing large estates and domestic workers
  • Well-traveled with knowledge of protocols in private aviation
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (certification a plus)
  • Ability to be on call nights and weekends
  • Must be able to leave town on a moment’s notice
