HOURS: Full time + (on call 24/7)
EDUCATION LEVEL: BA or BS degree strongly preferred
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 6 years minimum (full time)
RELOCATION ALLOWANCE: No
PAY: Negotiable – Based on experience
JOB DESCRIPTION: This fabulous Executive Personal Assistant position is for a seasoned pro with at least six years of experience to a celebrity or high net worth family. You will be working in the private family office of the client along side the Chief of Staff.
You will be a true right-hand to this successful businessman and will constantly be changing hats in and out of the office, so this is definitely a hybrid position that encompasses all A to Z aspects of the clients life. Mastery with Microsoft Office products is a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Microsoft certification would be a very big plus.
On occasion the assistant will be required to leave town with the VIP and complex travel arrangements are made through both commercial and private vendors. Knowing the private aviation world is essential to this role.
- Other important skills and considerations for this role:
- Must be able to leave town on a moment’s notice
- Prior experience managing household staff required
- Familiarity with private parties and events for high net worth families
- Ability to assist the chef or nanny on occasion
- Very thick skin and a can-do attitude is needed for this role
