HOURS: Full time + (on call 24/7)

TRAVEL: Occasionally

EDUCATION LEVEL: BA or BS degree required

PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 8 years minimum (full time)

RELOCATION ALLOWANCE: Consideration for the right candidate

PAY: Negotiable – Based on experience (includes a full benefits package)


JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is for a personal assistant to a high net worth family in San Francisco.  Typical PA duties go with this job, including but not limited to:

  • Running errands
  • Party planning
  • Grocery shopping
  • Correspondence
  • Walking pets
  • Gatekeeper
  • Liaison to business team: publicity agent, manager, lawyers, etc.
  • Working with other domestic staff: maids, nannies, chef, estate manager, etc.

On occasion the personal assistant will be required to travel with the family (both domestically and internationally). Prior knowledge with managing complex travel itineraries is required, as well as familiarity with booking private jets.
