TRAVEL: Yes (about 7 to 10 days each month)
EDUCATION LEVEL: College degree required (preferably in marketing)
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 5+
PAY RANGE: $98,000 to $105,000 (based on experience)
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a client in the advertising industry. The firm he owns is a major staple in the New York scene and it is known worldwide. The client has a full-time administrative assistant that works in the office, so you will be more of a traditional personal assistant working in the field. You will, however, do some interacting with the in-office staff, so familiarity with administrative duties is a big plus (must know MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
Your job duties include but are not limited to: calendar management, vacation plans, party planning, social calendar, restaurant reservations, estate and exotic car management, working with household staff, etc. NOTE: The candidate should have a valid passport and have experience traveling extensively.
