An internationally known Hollywood star is currently seeking a well-polished assistant to work in the LA area. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and should be well-versed in the entertainment industry. Knowledge of studio lots, agencies, managers and power-players in the field is an important aspect of the position.


Some estate management duties are required as you will interface with domestic staff: nannies, maids, groundskeepers and other vendors. The candidate will work primarily from the Principal’s home and should be an ace with Mac and PC. Familiarity with the types of electronic systems that run large estates is a big plus.


A background check, personality test and driving record review will be required. Qualified candidates will receive a full copy of the job description.
